Hostel Pelican in Taganga has been in business since 1998 and offers backpackers clean and comfortable rooms for low prices. The hostel has en-suite rooms as well as 2 apartment-style rooms that feature their own kitchen. Colorful artwork and plenty of common areas give the hostel cozy, welcoming feel.

Hostel owners Oscar and Olga are very friendly and are happy to share any information about Taganga as well as help you with tour information and onward travel plans. Guests can use the shared kitchen to prepare meals, and there is also an adjacent restaurant that serves breakfasts and dinners. Juices and other refreshments are available for purchase from 7 a.m. to 11p.m. Reception in the hostel is open 24 hours.
